Our Services
We provide residential and commercial plumbing services, which may include repairs, installations, drain and sewer work, water heaters, and emergency service. The specific work to be performed will be described in your estimate or invoice.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are based on the information available at the time and on what can be seen without opening walls, floors, or underground lines. They are good-faith approximations, not fixed bids, unless we state otherwise in writing.
If we find additional work is required once the job is underway, we will explain it and obtain your approval before continuing. You are not charged for additional work you have not approved.
Service Call and Diagnostic Fees
A service call or diagnostic fee may apply for coming to your property and identifying the problem. Any such fee will be disclosed to you before we are dispatched.
Scheduling, Arrival Windows, and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled within an arrival window rather than an exact time, because job durations vary and emergencies can affect the schedule. We will contact you if we are running outside your window.
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Past-due balances may be subject to late charges and collection costs as permitted by law.
Workmanship and Parts Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for one year from the date of completion. Parts and fixtures carry the manufacturer’s warranty, which we will pass through to you.
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, freezing, tree roots, ground movement, work performed by others, pre-existing conditions, or normal wear. Contact us and we will inspect any issue you believe is covered.
Access and Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to inform us of anything relevant we couldn’t reasonably know about — the location of shut-offs, prior repairs, known leaks, pets on the property, or buried lines. Please clear valuables and obstructions from the work area before we arrive.
Permits and Code Compliance
Where a permit is required, we will tell you and arrange it. Work performed without a required permit at a customer’s request is done at the customer’s risk.
Concealed Conditions and Limitation of Liability
Plumbing systems often contain conditions that cannot be seen before work begins — corroded pipe, prior non-standard repairs, or hidden damage. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for damage that results from them being disturbed during necessary work, though we will always tell you what we find.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Emergency Service
Emergency and after-hours service may be billed at different rates, which will be disclosed before we are dispatched. If you have an active leak or flooding, shut off the water at the main valve if it is safe to do so and call us right away.
